Book a Session with the TrackMan App

Reserve simulator time, manage bookings, and access your session details directly from the TrackMan app.

Reserve a simulator session in just a few steps using the TrackMan Golf app.

STEP 01
Download the TrackMan App

Download the TrackMan Golf app to begin booking simulator sessions at Double Eagle Golf.

Available for iPhone and Android

STEP 02
Create Your TrackMan Account

Open the app and create your TrackMan account using your email address.

Your account allows you to book sessions, track performance data, and access your session history anytime.

STEP 03
Find Double Eagle Golf and Book Your Session

After signing in, click Locations, zoom into Lake Jackson and click the Trackman logo (Double Eagle Golf), and select Book Now.

Choose your preferred date/time and confirm your reservation.

Availability updates automatically based on open simulator sessions.

STEP 04
Receive Your Access Codes

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need for your session.

Your email will include:

• 6-digit building access code
• 4-digit simulator bay code
• reservation details

These codes allow you to enter the facility and activate your reserved bay.

STEP 05
Arrive & Start Playing

At your scheduled time, enter the building using your 6-digit access code.

Proceed to your reserved simulator bay, wake the screen, and enter your 4-digit bay code to begin your session.

You’re ready to play.

Open the App & Use the Locator

Tap the Locator icon to search for nearby facilities.

STEP 04
Find Double Eagle Golf

Select Double Eagle Golf from the list of available locations and click Book Now.

STEP 05
Book Your Session

Choose your bay, number of players, date, and time.

STEP 06
Confirm & Pay

Review your booking details and complete checkout.

STEP 07
Get Your Access Code

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your entry code and session details.

Important

All sessions must be booked online in advance.

Access to the facility is provided via secure code after booking.
